A 24-year-old man that has came forward this week claiming to be a long lost love child of Michael Jackson isn't motivated by money, his attorney said.

The alleged son's name? Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson.

"Malachi has been told his entire life that he is Michael Jackson's son. His primary goal is to have closure on whether or not Michael was his father, and he wants a DNA test to prove it. Malachi's motivation isn't money," LaRue Grim said.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, who goes by Malachi (helpful to keep him separate from the other Prince Michaels), turns 25 in September, and he is currently enrolled in "a special needs college at an undisclosed location."

Wonder how Omer Bhatti feels about Malachi stealing his love child thunder.

Is a man named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson the love child of the late Michael Jackson? Well, TMZ is reporting that this may be the case. Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson is a 24-year-old man who has come forward and claims to be the love child of the late singer. This would be the third Prince Michael to add to the brood. Yikes, well, it certainly sets a pattern.

On the birth certificate of the claimant, Michael Joseph Jackson of Indiana is listed as the father and Zerline LaVette Dixon as the mother. As such, mini Jackson is requesting a paternity test to discover whether he would have had the famous singer as a father. According to his claims, pressure from the wider Jackson family is what meant he stayed quiet all this time. Sound familiar, well it should, as Jackson senior’s other alleged son Omer Bhatti, 25, made the same claim.

mj1Even though the man himself has gone, his legacy seems to be making attempts at resurfacing very frequently, every now and then, making Michael Jackson still a predominant name in the world of news and entertainment. The latest from the same source is that of another possible mysterious love child. Since his death, there has been a lot of such claims rising frequently, with some claiming to be a love-child, while others stating that they were lovers of the “Thriller” star.

The reports also said that a creditor’s claim has also been filed by Prince Michael Malachi Jackson of San Francisco, California, and his mother Zerline LaVette Dixon against the estate of Michael Jackson. The claim submitted also includes a birth certificate in which Michael Joseph Jackson of Indiana had been listed as his father. In this claim its been stated that Malachi Jet Jackson and his mother Zerline LaVette Dixon wants to conduct a DNA test to prove their claim

When asked about the alleged relationship between Zerline and Michael, Grim replied: "I don't know about that. I'm gathering that information."

It's Grim's understanding that back in the eighties Zerline was a fashion designer and had a fashion line under the company name of Michael Jackson.

"Michael seemed to be a very smart businessman, and I don't think he would have just let anybody run a company with his name on it without his permission or approval."

Of all the paternity claims that have come out, this one seems to be the most legitimate with the birth certificate and willingness to perform a DNA test.

Some say Prince Michael is showing signs of color blindness as others chalk it up as a guy that deserves a shot at a piece of Jackson's (daddy's) monstrous pie. Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson filed for the completion of a DNA test to prove that he is the son of Michael Jackson. He is sure that Jackson is his father due to the birth certificate with the names Michael Joseph Jackson and Zerline LaVetteDixon. Prince Michael was born on September 23, 1984 in Indiana.

It is clear that the Jackson family will not allow just anyone to take from them during their time of mourning without having proof. However, it is not known what will happen if this test comes up positive. What is known would be that Prince Michael may have to wait a while, Jackson's body is already accounted for at the moment.

Henry Surtees crash video/John Surtees has died following an accident

Henry Surtees, the boy of 1964 Formula 1 world champion John Surtees, has died following withan accident in a Formula 2 race at Brands Hatch on Sunday.

During the second of the weekend's races, the 18 year old was struck on the head by a wheel and tyre from the auto of Jack Clarke, who had spun into the wall exiting Westfield Bend.

Surtees was knocked unconscious in the accident and his car failed to negotiate the next Sheene Corner, moving straight off the track and into the roadblock.

Medical crews were swiftly on the scene to extract Surtees from the car, earlier he was taken to the track's medical centre. He was stabilised at the circuit's facility before being airlifted to the Royal London hospital.

A spokesperson for the hospital this evening confirmed that Surtees had died from his injuries.

Surtees graduated to F2 this season from Formula Renault and had taken his first podium finish in the series with third place in Saturday's race at Brands Hatch.

His step up to the class came later several seasons in karts, which included victory in the Junior Gearbox Championship in 2005, before a graduation to car racing in the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2006.

He switched to single seaters in 2007, making a race victory in Formula BMW UK for Carlin Motorsport en route to seventh overall in the standings - and second in the rookie cup.

He also had a brief foray into the Formula Renault UK championship that year, contesting the last two rounds at Thruxton as well as the Winter Series.

In 2008 he remained in Formula Renault, getting 12th in the final standings before finishing runner-up in the Winter Series with one victory and three podiums from four races. He also contested past year's British Formula 3 season last in a National Class car for Carlin, having one victory and one podium

Golfer Tom Watson Has Anterior Approach Hip Replacement

Tom Watson has been dealing with pain in his left hip for several years. It was to be expected, of course, after a lifelong career of playing golf. But in 2008, it has reached a point where he knew he couldn’t just endure it anymore. Now Tom Watson won’t be able to swing a club for about three months after having hip replacement surgery in October.

Watson confirmed the end of his Champiopns Tour season on Tuesday when he stated: “I’m going to have a total hip replacement. It’s kind of become like an Olympic event to get my sock on. I can’t reach down. I have pain sleeping. And it’s compromised my game more.

“It’s progressing to the point where it can really give me some sharp pain, and I can’t get that range of motion. I can’t avoid it any longer. It’s like, ‘Let’s get this done.’ ”

The procedure will take place Oct. 2 and be performed by Dr. Joel Matta at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif. Watson had planned arthroscopic surgery on his hip in 2004, but opted then to wait longer and deal with the pain through medication and exercise. But last year, he realized it would soon be time to have a more comprehensive procedure done.

He did research and also talked to other athletes who’ve had hip replacements, most notably his longtime friend Jack Nicklaus.

“This will be the first surgery I’ve had in my life,” Watson said. “The only reason I’m doing it is to get rid of the pain. It’s a quality of life decision. Fortunately, the medical world knows how to do this procedure very well. They have a great track record.”

In spite of his hip difficulties, Watson still won twice on the Champions Tour this year, plus had four other top-10 finishes. Watson said he still has a couple of golf outings before his surgery, including a First Tee fund-raiser on Sept. 22 at The National, a course he designed in Parkville.

After the surgery, he’ll focus on his golf-course designing and continuing to learn Spanish. That is helpful in his design business and also just something he’s long wanted to do.

“I’m doing a Rosetta Stone program in Spanish on my computer,” he said. “I am going to try to learn it the best I can. And now I’m going to have some time to do it.”

Watson said he does not expect to be really able to play golf again until three months after the surgery.

“The good thing about this procedure is I can put full weight on it immediately,” he said. “I’ll be using a walker, then a cane, and then without a cane. How long does all that take? Nobody knows for sure. It could be 10 days to 2 1/2 weeks before I’m walking without a cane.

“I have to let the wound heal, and then do exercises. They’re minimal at first. Some people say they can start hitting golf balls six weeks after the operation. My good friend Andy North said, ‘Watson, when you feel really good, then still wait one more month and make sure before you really go at it again.’ He hasn’t had hip replacement, but he’s had 11 different surgeries on his knees, back and neck. So he knows. ”

Watson turned 59 on Sept. 4 and said he thought he could have made it through perhaps one more year without hip replacement. But ultimately he decided now was the right time.

“Walking the golf courses and swinging the club exacerbates the pain,” he said. “I find that when I’m not at a golf tournament, my pain level goes down. But since I still want to continue to play competitively, I just can’t afford to wait anymore.”

Threats by the family of dead Hollywood actor David Carradine to sue publications that republish photographs published by Thailand’s Thai Rath newspaper over the weekend amount to little more than bluster.

The photographs(scroll down), which have seen the Carradine clan have their lawyer publicly warn publications of lawsuits, appear to be nothing more than a fake at worst, or a re-enactment at best.

The photographs displayed by the Bangkok tabloid show a man with dark skin and black hair, naked and suspended by a rope tied around his wrists and attached to a clothes bar inside what appears to be a cheap closet. A bed is less than one meter away from the closet and the room has a wooden floor - all hardly the stuff of a suite in a prestigious hotel such as the Swissotel Nai Lert Park.

Police reports have said Carradine was found with a shoelace tied around his penis and a rope around his neck. An earlier claim that the dead actor’s hands were tied has been refuted by Thai police.

Senior Thai attorney general Sirasak Tiypan has said the FBI can observe the police investigation but must not try to interfere.

The FBI “cannot arrest any suspects or perform its own investigation, because that falls under the authority of the police where the crime was committed,” he said.

Police Colonel Somprasong Yenthaum, who is leading the probe, said he was, “confident we are working on the right track” and added that US embassy representatives had witnessed the examination of the hotel room.

Carradine was in the Thai capital to shoot a film called Stretch when he was found dead, naked and curled up inside the wardrobe with one end of a shoelace tied around his penis and the other end fastened around his neck, by a hotel housekeeper.

The director of Thailand’s Central Institute of Forensic Science (CIFS), Kunying Porntip, said he could have been be trying autoerotic asphyxiation to gain sexual pleasure and may have accidentally suffocated.

Carradine’s family have vigorously disputed claims he may have committed suicide and also rejected the kinky masturbation-sex angle.

The family has also employed high-profile forensics expert Dr. Michael Baden to perform an autopsy on the dead actor in the US.

The U.S. Open originates from two separate tournaments: the men's tournament and the women's tournament. Wichita - A controversial provider of late-term abortions was shot to death on Sunday as he walked into services at his Kansas church, local media reports.

He was shot to death just after 10:00 (15:00 GMT) as he walked into Reformation Lutheran Church in Wichita, Kansas, the Wichita Eagle reported.

Police contacted by AFP could not immediately confirm the report, but said details of an incident at the church would be released later in the day.

Tiller, 67, one of the few doctors who still performs late-term abortions in the United States, has been demonised by abortion opponents who regularly protest outside his clinic, located just off a busy highway that runs through Wichita.

In 1986, someone placed a bomb on the roof of the clinic, seriously damaging the building.

In 1993, Tiller was shot in both arms outside the clinic. Tiller recovered and his assailant received an 11-year prison term.

About 2 000 protesters were also arrested outside the clinic during summer-long demonstrations in 1991.

He was acquitted in March on charges that he performed 19 illegal abortions in 2003.

Oh-my! How the crowds love an underdog. And the former world number one Maria Sharapova seemed to take to the Cinderella role rather well during her encounter on Court Suzanne Lenglen on Wednesday afternoon.

Sharapova will wake up this morning – not quite the queen of the ball – but certainly pleased to be at the third round stage.

The Florida-trained Russian has likened her poise on clay to a cow on ice. And at times she did look like a prize specimen from the meadows!

But during a break in the decider, Petrova suddenly remembered that she wasn’t playing an unseeded ingenue in the second round of Roland Garros, but the women’s game former top racquet.

And Petrova duly deferred clutching defeat from the growling teeth of victory. It was 8-6 in the final set and the crowd roared it’s approval when Petrova finally yielded.

On the same court but a few years ago, the crowd booed Sharapova off, after the people deemed her guilty of gross gamesmanship.

Then the Russian spoke about being a competitor - needing to execute strategies along the lines of: you do what you’ve got to do, to do over who needs to be done!

After the match Patty Schnyder, the done one, faced the press and - choking back the tears of her own sporting limitations, but ultimately more expansive humanity - described herself as a “little champion”.

But Karma seems to have mollified Sharapova’s dogma and she’s been speaking about perspective having been away from the grand slams and the tennis circuit since last July, and not really playing any competitive matches due to a recurring shoulder injury.

Hence the reason why Ms triple grand slam champion arrives in Paris as unseeded. But she may well leave beloved.

This is his performance from last night’s semi-final. He sang And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going from the Broadway musical Dreamgirls, famously recorded by Jennifer Hudson for the movie version. It’s a fantastically hard song to sing but Shaheen pulls it off.

Believe it or not though, he didn’t actually win! Stavros Flatley, the one-trick pony novelty act got more votes than him, meaning Jafargholi had to be saved by the judges. And even then Simon Cowell didn’t vote for him. Which goes to show how much he knows.

Abbie Jane Swogger, a former stripper and special education teacher’s aide from New Kensington, Pa., pleaded guilty today to 10 charges stemming from a 2008 arrest warrant which accused her of having sexual contact with teenagers and furnishing them with drugs and alcohol.

Swogger, 36, originally faced some 40 charges; however, most of them were dropped by Allegheny County prosecutors in exchange for her guilty plea. Under those terms, the charges she pled guilty to today included involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a minor.

“I want to say I’m very, very sorry for hurting anybody — my family, the families of the victims,” Swogger said in court, adding, “I’m sorry for not being the role model I should have been.”

The charges against Swogger came about in February 2008, when police went to New Kensington’s Clarion Hotel to investigate the reported runaway of two teenage girls. When investigators arrived on the scene, they discovered that Swogger, someone they knew had had previous contact with the girls, had checked into a room at the hotel. When police questioned Swogger about the runaways, she said that she had not seen the two teens. Suspicious about her claims, investigators conducted a search of her hotel room and found the two missing teens, along with another teen and alcohol, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and condom wrappers. Investigators also reported smelling marijuana inside the room.

As a result of the incident, police charged Swogger with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and four counts of corruption of a minor.

During a later interview with Fox News, Swogger said she had booked the hotel room so she could party with some adult friends and not the teens found there.

“I got a hotel room with me and my girls, and my son came to the hotel with his friends,” Swogger said. “I did not serve them any alcohol…. If there was marijuana there, it was not mine.”

Swogger admitted that there were open condom wrappers inside the room but denied having sex with anyone.

“I did not have any sex,” she said, adding, “If they were having sex, they kept it pretty discreet.”

In the days following Swogger’s arrest, the Highlands School District sent her a letter about her conduct and failure to show up for work.

“She did not follow proper procedures in not showing up for work,” Superintendent Karol Galcik told Post-gazette.com. “We said that she had a choice to resign or we would be taking this to the school board.”

Swogger responded by formally resigning from her position.

In April 2008, police filed 33 additional charges against Swogger, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, and selling or furnishing liquor to minors. Those charges were brought against Swogger after nude photos of her surfaced on the Internet.

According to the criminal complaint, Swogger had hosted a party on Jan. 18, 2008, at the home of a 15-year-old boy. During the party, she allegedly stripped in the presence of three men and four boys, whom she allegedly allowed to touch her inappropriately.

The charges also revolved around statements given to police by a 17-year-old boy who claimed he had sex with Swogger on numerous occasions. The boy also admitted to receiving alcohol and drugs from her.

The complaint also detailed another incident in which Swogger allegedly attempted to hire two girls to beat up a third girl whom she believed was responsible for posting the party pictures on the Internet.

Swogger initially denied all of the charges, saying, “They’re lying to save their butts from getting in trouble.” However, somewhere along the line - perhaps due to the amount of jail time she was facing - Swogger decided to make a deal with prosecutors and admit her quilt in some of the charges.

“I wanted to make sure she was not working with children anytime in the near future,” Assistant District Attorney Laura Ditka told wpxi.com. “These charges should preclude her from working with children for the entire time of her life. She doesn’t have good judgment when she has access to minors.”

Upon approving the plea deal, Judge Kevin Sasinoski sentenced Abbie Jane Swogger to a three-to-six-year prison sentence. In addition, he ordered Swogger to serve 36 years of probation.

As a result of her conviction, Swogger will also be required to register as a sex offender.

Exodus Tyson's 7-year-old brother found her Monday with her neck in a cord dangling from the exercise machine, police Sgt. Andy Hill said.

"There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus," the family said in a statement. "We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal."

"Our sympathies go out to the family," Hill said Tuesday.

"Somehow she was playing on this treadmill, and there's a cord that hangs under the console — it's kind of a loop," Hill said. "Either she slipped or put her head in the loop, but it acted like a noose, and she was obviously unable to get herself off of it."

Exodus's mother took her daughter out of the cable, called 911 and attempted to revive her.

Responding officers and firefighters performed CPR on the little girl. She was rushed to nearby St. Joe's Hospital after she was found around 10:30 a.m. local time, MyFOXPhoenix.com reported.

Hill said former heavyweight champion Tyson, 42, had been in Las Vegas but flew to Phoenix immediately after learning of the accident.

"The Tyson family would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for all your prayers and support, and we ask that we be allowed our privacy at this difficult time," the boxer said in a statement.

Brief footage from local TV station KTVK showed Tyson arriving at the hospital in a white button-up and black pants, and looking around with a frown before going inside.

Hill said everything in the investigation pointed to a "tragic accident."

"There's nothing in the investigation that revealed anything suspicious," he said.

We send our deepest sympathies to the Tyson family. No parent should ever have to bury a child.
